This is the concept art for my Second year-second semester project: Mercurial Dreams. The plot follows a hard boiled detective, Jake Brasko as he gets his detection on in a cyberpunk world in the year 2020 where the stlye of the 1920's has made a comeback. In this future, everybody has a little computer plugged into the side of their neck where they can interact whith their cell-phone, credit card, GPS, keys, etc. These "riders" or Neuronetic interfaces as they are called, are cruicial for a 'normal' life in this world. However Jake brasko refuses to use one. Why? Well, give me five years to work up the rest of the animation and you'll see.
